I have always enjoyed photography, but my passion truly ignited at the age of 16 when I worked
part-time as a photographer in the Singapore Zoo. This love for photography translated with me
as I went to Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where I took on responsibilities as the club’s president.
During my term, the committee and I improved the club’s standing in several ways:
1. Implemented “Tag-along Photographers” System , where budding photographers can pick up tips and tricks from their experienced seniors
2. Planned and executed several monthly club outings around Singapore
3. Conducted weekly “Kopitiam Sessions” as non-official meeting for members to discuss about photography
4. Liaised with CNET Asia to publish select member’s work on CNET Asia’s site as part of their “Campus Snapshots” project
Many times, I have a habit of having sky high expectations though I know they are not reachable. However, I make sure that everything I do is done in
the best possible way and in the least amount of time.
All the work
done by me is well thought through and systematically carried out.
